About the
KERRISDALE HERITAGE HOUSE project

Originally built in 1922, this historic Pasadena Craftsman residence, known as the Gadd House, was extensively re-created in 2009 by renowned Vancouver architects Jacobsen Associates. Exquisite design, master craftsmanship and period finishes blend seamlessly to create a historic masterpiece while embracing the comfort and convenience of today’s modern lifestyle. Generous in scale and intimate in comfort, this is a luxury residence designed foremost as a home: inviting, warm, private and spectacularly beautiful. Situated discretely on a private .4 acre estate in Vancouver’s most coveted Kerrisdale neighborhood this 6 bedroom, 5 and 1 half bathroom residence today offers over 8,000 sf of living space set in a beautiful landscaped oasis with outdoor terraces, gazebo and outdoor fireplaces.
