This custom home was designed by our team for a creative couple who love heritage homes. Since they weren’t able to renovate the existing house on their lot, we designed an energy efficient new build with a heritage look so that they could have both sustainability and style. For the interiors, we opened up the interior spaces on the main floor with archways in order to create a bright airy space that matches the exterior design. The front & back yards both have large terraces for sitting, swimming, and enjoying their East Village neighbourhood.
